Soothicity massage is a combination of Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, MSTR specially personalised for you on the day. The time includes the completion of forms.

Cancellation Policy

PARKING: Please advise if there are special parking arrangements or if there is no street parking available and/or if there are steps. Due to the nature of our equipment, we reserve the right to cancel the visit should there be no nearby parking and/or easy access. THERAPY ROOM: We are situated 1st Floor 23-25 Worthington street, our entrance is next to The Mangle, Dover Laundrette, Buzzer no.3 THERAPY ROOM PARKING: There is a nearby Car Park in Norman street, postcode: Post code: CT17 9RQ MASSAGE AT HOME: Due to the nature of our equipment, we reserve the right to cancel the visit should there be insufficient space for the massage table. You will need to provide music of your session should you wish. CANCELLATION: Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you have any Covid symptoms. PAYMENTS: Cash should be exact money as we cannot give change, card payments are also accepted if you do not have cash. TRAVEL DISTANCE: Mobile massages are only available within a 10mile radius of CT17. Please contact us if the distance is further than 10miles from CT17. VOUCHER: If you are using a voucher, this will be considered redeemed if notice is not received in the required time and cannot be used for future bookings. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable only for the service booked. When you wish to make payment for your service by Voucher, please let us know at the time of payment as voucher numbers declared later may not be used against monies already paid. Please present the voucher when attending your service . Each voucher may only be used once. PACKAGES AND GROUPS: Any discounts provided for package prices are only valid if prepaid and if all the sessions are redeemed. The discount will be applied to the final session redeemed and any refunds will be based on the full price of the sessions already taken.
