massage

Massage has been known to alleviate muscle tension and mental stress by relaxing mind and body. Massage helps to mobilise stiff joints, improve the flow of blood and lymph, reduce muscular tension and chronic pain, reduce swelling and inflammation, and reduce tension and stress.

Over a period of time these stresses take their toll on mind and body and eventually grind one down and manifest as physical ailments.

We want to provide relief to the aches and pains of the body and relax the mind so that  mind and body can rejuvenate and begin to heal itself.

How it works

It is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body by rubbing and kneading the muscles and joints of the body for the purpose of normalizing them, thereby enhancing health and encouraging healing. Massage therapy includes a number of methods, such as Swedish Massage, Shiatsu and Lymph Drainage and Aromatherapy.

Treatments are in the comfort of your own home or space. I will provide all the equipment neccesary for the massage

Although you will be required to partially undress. This is a strictly professional therapeutic massage.
