Cancellation Policy

Please note that your appointment will be cancelled should we not receive your completed consultation form or contact from you . CANCELLATION: Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you have any Covid symptoms. For services that require a non refundable booking fee to secure your date, we require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations. This amount is non refundable but can be transferred as a gift certificate if more than 12 hours notice received. PAYMENTS: Cash should be exact money as we cannot give change, card payments are also accepted if you do not have cash. TRAVEL DISTANCE: Mobile massages are only available within a 10mile radius of CT17.
