Cancellation Policy

Please Read before booking : https://www.soothicity.co.uk/clinic-terms Please attend your session alone and arrive no more 5 minutes before your session start time. It is buzzer entry and I will open the door for you, so please do not knock. ​Please allow extra time for your parking to avoid a fine. There is nearby car parking on the road as well as paid parking in Woolcomber car park which is a myringo payment site as well as parking at the St James development. Payment can be made in cash however we will not have change, so ensure you have exact money. We will also accept card payments using our card machine or we can issue an invoice for payment. ​If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or no show may result in future bookings being prepaid or it will be cancelled. The session will be stopped if there is any inappropriate behaviour. Massage therapy is for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and may offer temporary relief from pain and/or may be helpful in relieving insomnia. The massage therapist cannot diagnose any physical or mental illness. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to see a physician for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of any physical or mental ailment you may have. This is a strictly therapeutic massage. ​
